1. Information We Collect

AMG ShopiPings is designed to notify merchants and their team in real time about paid orders via Telegram. To provide this service, we process order data received via Shopify secure webhooks:

• Order ID and order reference number.
• Total transaction amount and currency.
• Line items purchased (title, quantity, variant).
• Customer name and shipping destination (city, region, country).

2. Data Usage and Storage

We do not permanently store end-customer personal data in our database. Order information is processed transiently in server memory solely at the moment the webhook event is received, formatted, and delivered to the merchant's configured Telegram chat or group.

Our persistent database stores only essential technical configuration for the merchant store: the store domain (.myshopify.com), the Shopify session token, and the Telegram Chat ID.

3. Third-Party Services

Order notifications are transmitted securely to Telegram via the official encrypted Telegram Bot API.

4. GDPR & Mandatory Shopify Compliance

We strictly adhere to Shopify's data protection standards and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Customer Data Requests: Supported via the customers/data_request webhook.
• Customer Data Erasure: Supported via the customers/redact webhook.
• Shop Data Erasure: Supported via the shop/redact webhook (all store settings and session tokens are permanently purged 48 hours following app uninstallation).

AMG ShopiPings es una aplicación diseñada para notificar en tiempo real al comerciante y a su personal sobre nuevos pedidos pagados a través de Telegram. Para prestar este servicio, procesamos los datos transmitidos por Shopify a través de webhooks seguros. No almacenamos datos personales de clientes finales de forma permanente; los pedidos se procesan en memoria en el instante de la venta para enviar la alerta al chat o grupo de Telegram indicado por el comerciante.
